Hans Overturf

My own experience with the Alexander Technique is pretty straightforward. I am more balanced and centered, and I have less tension.

I practice the laying down exercise (back, knees bent) several times/week, as well as an exercise where I lean repeatedly against the door frame in order to check the perception of my alignment.

The Technique delivers a great return to me, especially given the little amount of time I put into it.
